Stefan Alexander, Vice President of Advanced R&D at North, has 16 years of experience building and leading engineering teams to develop new technology. At North, he built and leads the team behind Focals – the first all-day prescription smart glasses for everyday wear. Prior to joining North in 2014, he worked at IGNIS Innovation for 12 years. He has a BASc and a MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He also holds more than 27 patents and 15 technical publications.
